vsphere client切换到中文："C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\Virtual Infrastructure Client\Launcher\VpxClient.exe" -locale zh_CN
vsphere client切换到英文："C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\Virtual Infrastructure Client\Launcher\VpxClient.exe" -locale en_US
vsphere web client切换到中文：到控制面板 —系统语言—format （改中文），另外一个也改中文
vsphere web client切换到英文：把上面的语言设置回英文。
