问题产生过程描述：
ctrix pool的HA开启的情况下强关此主机，关闭后master发生多次变化使它启动后无法识别pool，
解决方法：
xe pool-emergency-transition-to-master uuid=<host_uuid>
然后重启即可，
当器无法连接其他服务器时，<host_uuid> 这里直接使用本机hostname或uuid然后重启即可，
