没有配置jbpm.cfg.xml，导致报错
3、解决办法
（1）如果项目中没有用到jbpm，就去掉applicationContext.xml有关jbpm的配置；
（2）如果用到了，需要在applicationContext.xml配置jbpm.cfg.xml
