执行telnet指令开启终端机阶段作业，并登入远端主机。
telnet的命令的格式：
telnet ip port
例1： 建立连接不成功
1 [richmail@portal bin]$ telnet 192.168.9.177 2 Trying 192.168.9.177... 3 telnet: connect to address 192.168.9.177: Connection refused
检查ip和端口是否正常
例2：建立链接成功
1 [richmail@portal bin]$ telnet 192.168.9.177 7711 2 Trying 192.168.9.177... 3 Connected to 192.168.9.177. 4 Escape character is ‘^]‘. 5 ^Z 6 Connection closed by foreign host. 7 [richmail@portal bin]$
