  • I solved it. The problem is  due to dll problem. 

    I copy the dll to bin folder then it works fine with no issue.

     

     

    博主的解决办法 先在项目里删除引用MySql.Data.CF ,然后到项目文件夹删除bin下面的 MySql.Data.CF，貌似ASP.NET会自动读取BIN下面的所有DLL，导致冲突并产生报错，打开任何一个页面都报错
