最近刚整了整系统，要安装Windows Live的时侯发现不能安装了，尝试了多个版本都不能够正常进行。

我选取后半部分做为分析，可以看到问题所在： 没有找到相应的代理从而不能正常的下载catalog-web.cab文件。
两种解决方法：
1： 安装完整的：windows 安装包(Windows Essentials)
2： 下载相应的cab文件
