4. UserService.java:
新增一个业务逻辑log, 如果加入一个user出错, 那么log也要保证回滚, 所以要通过beans.xml和UserService.java里的add方法上加入@Transactional, 来进行统一事务管理
Transactional有个属性propagation, 是个Enum, 默认值是REQUIRED,
