1.注意
mUploadMessage.onReceiveValue(Uri.parse(""));
必须得到调用，无论用户是否选了图，否则会出现再点击不响应的情况
2.上面的参考由于比较老，不适用于安卓5.0系统，因为谷歌5.0以后对webkit做了改动，
