 在日常的工作当中，已经几次遇到Oracle数据库 建立了新的作业但是不执行的问题。写下来给大家分享一下。

我们日常在

-bash-4.1$ sqlplus "/as sysdba"

SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.1.0 Production on Fri Aug 12 11:35:56 2016

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP, Data Mining and Real Application Testing options

SQL> show parameter job;

NAME TYPE VALUE
------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------
job_queue_processes integer 0
SQL> alter system set job_queue_processes =10 scope=spfile;

System altered.

SQL> create pfile from spfile;

File created.

SQL> shutdown immediate;
Database closed.
Database dismounted.
ORACLE instance shut down.
SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.

Variable Size 2.9796E+10 bytes
