git remote add origin https://{username}:{password}@github.com/{username}/project.git
in my case ->
$git remote add origin https://haitao-dou:mypassword@github.com/haitaodou/test-project.git
或者
修改.git/config文件：

filemode = true
bare = false
logallrefupdates = true
[remote "origin"]
url = http://{username}:{password}@spapa.wicp.net:3000/unphp/sscmpweb.git
fetch = +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/*
