1、关EM：[oracle@localhost ~] emctl stop dbconsole
2、关监听：[oracle@localhost ~] lsnrctl stop
3、关数据库：SQL> shutdown immediate
启动：
1、开监听：[oracle@localhost ~] lsnrctl start
2、启动数据库：SQL> startup
3、开EM：[oracle@localhost ~] emctl start dbconsole
