You can using the following step to remove the DBE drive in the disk Management.

1. At a command line:   bcdboot c:\windows /s c:

   
   

2.Then Right click the c: partition and set it as active in the disk management

3.Reboot , you can delete the BDEdrive partition and extend the C: drive...
