使用首先设置一下 link 标签

方式一：

在animate网上管理geihub，将源代码下载下来，将animate.css放入目录

方式二：

具体使用

使用animate.css时候用法为:在想做动画的元素的类上写上animated(必须写否则无效果) 还可以写比如infinited等然后跟上动画名称虽然可以跟多个动画名称但是只有最后一个生效
