之前在win下安装过1.4X版本的GNS3，而这次在xubuntu下安装完成的版本为0.8.7。
界面大同小异，导入ISO后，加一个设备看看效果：
这是什么终端，字体小就罢了，还不让修改。这让眼神不好的我情何以堪！
点击菜单中的“编辑”--“首选项”，查看“一般”中的“终端设置”：
可见使用的是xTerm这款终端软件。上网大致了解了一下，xTerm需要修改一个配置文件来达到修改字体的效果。麻烦，干脆换成自带的终端软件得了。GNS3自带了几款预配置的终端命令，包括Gnome的Gnome Terminal、KDE的Kconsole、MATE console等,独缺我需要的Xfce下的终端命令。(Xubuntu不同于Ubuntu之处就是桌面使用的是Xfce)
在google上查到了Xfce的官方文档，里面包含了Xfce Terminal的相关内容：
Starting Terminal
The easiest way to start Xfce Terminal is to use the applications menu of your desktop; for Xfce, point your mouse cursor to the desktop, press the right mouse button and choose System → Xfce Terminal.
You can also start xfce4-terminal from a command line or from the Application launcher. Just hit Alt-F2, type Xfce Terminal and click the button Execute.
由于操作系统语言为中文，输入命令名没有找到终端。就在纠结的时候，突然想到用ps命令看一下进程应该可以查到终端名称。输入
ps aux | grep xfce
查看结果发现有一条
zhansong 2501 0.2 1.7 108136 35472 ?Sl 08:04 0:06 /usr/bin/xfce4-terminal
将xterm替换为/usr/bin/xfce4-terminal，后面参数不变，运行终端成功。直接用xfce4-terminal也可以。
