主备网络配置存在问题

一系列报错

[root@node1 bin]# ./srvctl  start database -d devdb
PRCR-1079 : Failed to start resource ora.devdb.db

ORA-00119: invalid specification for system parameter REMOTE_LISTENER
ORA-00132: syntax error or unresolved network name ‘scan-cluster.localdomain:1521‘
. For details refer to "(:CLSN00107:)" in "/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/log/node1/agent/crsd/oraagent_oracle/oraagent_oracle.log".


告警日志
cluster interconnect IPC version:Oracle UDP/IP (generic)

USER (ospid: 5797): terminating the instance due to error 119
Instance terminated by USER, pid = 5797

主库 alert 报 Error 12154 received logging on to the standby PING[ARC2]: Heartbeat failed to connect to standby ‘phydb‘. Error is 12154.

后，重新配置主备网络环境，配置后的信息见
