1.将Python3中的python.exe更名为python3.exe
2.删除scripts中的pip
3.运行pip3的时候提示：Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using ‘"‘
4.这时候，复制一个python3.exe，然后重命名为Python.exe
5.然后在运行pip3就没有问题了
