python2.X -> pip
python3.X -> pip3

pip --version
pip install --upgrade pip
pip --version
pip3 --version

pip install --upgrade https://storage.googleapis.com/tensorflow/linux/cpu/tensorflow-0.8.0-cp27-none-linux_x86_64.whl

pip uninstall tensorflow
