Symantec Backup Exec 2012 Agent For Linux安装
步骤一： 检查操作系统兼容性：
首先，请查看官网提供的文档“be_2012_scl.pdf”，http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=tech175581上面有各个版本Liux系统是否支持Backup Exec 2012 Server、Agent的具体文档信息。如下图截图所示
本次安装系统环境：Oracle Linux Server release 5.7 ，从文档中可以看出是支持Symantec Backup Exec 2012 Agent For Linux的
步骤二： 准备安装介质。
首先，RALUS的安装程序较大，被放在单独的光盘中提供。如果没有安装光盘，也可以通过Symantec网站下载，官网提供使试用下载，不过需要注册。URL 地址http://www.symantec.com/zh/cn/backup-exec
下载的安装包RALUS_RMALS_RAMS-1798.17.tar.gz是压缩的，需要先解包，如果是光盘中的安装程序不是压缩的，可以直接安装。需要将安装介质挂载（光盘）或（镜像文件）拷贝到Linux服务器
步骤三： 安装Symantec Backup Exec 2012 Agent For Linux，
红色部分表示需要手动输入的部分信息

[root@nbooraclelnx01 BE2012]# tar -zxvf RALUS_RMALS_RAMS-1798.17.tar.gz -C /depot/os/BE2012/ralus

Step 5： 检查/配置beoper用户组
Agent and Backup Exec server Configuration
To perform backups, you must have a ‘beoper‘ user group configured with root account priviledges on the system. The ‘beoper‘ user group can be created on all systems except NIS Servers.
After pressing [Return], the system ‘nbooraclelnx01‘ will be scanned to detect a ‘beoper‘ user group with root account privileges. It will also scan for a NIS server.

安装成功，此时可以查看安装日志（注意Installing SymSnap Driver Failed 是因为操作系统版本原因，不影响BE2012 Agent的备份工作），注意在BE Server端可能访问不到BE Agent客户端，这时需要配置iptables或关闭iptables，个人建议配置iptables比较好，后面文章将探讨这个问题。
