创建线程消息循环服务于动态连接库

因为动态连接库需要对DBT_DEVICEARRIVAL、DBT_DEVICEREMOVECOMPLETE等消息的处理,所以拿一个不太理想的usb-hid的dll来说明,不多说直接上代码
