在IE/FF下没有该错误提示，但在Chrome下命令行出现如下错误信息：
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CACHE_MISS
该问题是Chrome浏览器开发工具的一个bug，看起来和缓存有关，已提交到Chrome问题系统中，不影响正常使用，可忽略。
或者在打开开发者工具之后使用刷新，强制刷新。浏览器刷新读到缓存后，一切恢复正常！！！！！！
