项目如其名：可移动的远程桌面启动器。
因为RDP每次秘密都会根据不同电脑唯一账户ID来加密，所以把RDP文件移动到别的电脑时，之前保存的密码就无效了。

此批处理就是方便了以下需求：
  1.对远程桌面的密码安全性没有特别严格的要求（可明文保存）
  2.需要经常更换、重装电脑（每次电脑账户唯一账户ID都会变化）
  3.需要频繁连接远程桌面（有多个远程桌面需要连接）
