在Lync Server 2013 的安装目录中运行Bootstrapper.exe，开启UCWA功能。
%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Lync Server 2013\Deployment\Bootstrapper.exe

1. 进入Lync Server 2013 安装目录的Deployment文件夹中
   
   2.运行Bootstrapper.exe程序
   

cd ‘C:\Program Files\Microsoft Lync Server 2013\Deployment‘
.\Bootstrapper.exe
