近期一个项目中，客户使用Exchange2013 CU13邮件服务器，后端做了DAG高可用，五个数据库副本内容索引均处于失败，提示报错“An Internel error occurred for the database or its index”，删除重建索引和重启服务均无法解决问题。

以下为处理过程：
Step 1 检查AD中ContentSubmitters
在AD中检索并没有ContentSubmitters组的存在；
Step 2 创建ContentSubmitters组
Step 3 检查数据库状态索引依然为失败
Step 4 删除重建索引目录
Step 5 检查数据库状态索引恢复正常
