1 下载maven，并配置好，参考：https://jingyan.baidu.com/article/acf728fd68b4bef8e510a31c.html。
配置好环境变量后，在eclipse中设置maven，参考：http://blog.java1234.com/blog/articles/252.html

2 在eclipse中安装STS插件，参考：http://blog.java1234.com/blog/articles/330.html

3 新建spring boot项目：File ---new---other，入下所示：

在新弹出的对话框中，选择：

点击下一步：

新建完成后的项目如下所示：

新建一个类，并放到一个新包中，如下：

在新建的类中，加入方法：

在spring boot 主程序中，选择：run as spring boot，启动后如下：
