获取明天凌晨的时间戳

获取指定时间字符串的时间戳：

函数讲解：
strtotime() 函数：将任何英文文本的日期或时间描述解析为 Unix 时间戳（自 1970 1月 1日 00:00:00 GMT 起的秒数）。
date() 函数：可把时间戳格式化为可读性更好的日期和时间，类似于MySQL中的date_format()。
