后来google了下，查到原因

是google在ndk r17版本删除了mips相关的toolchains文件。
我们要做的要么是修改编译文件，要么就把缺少的mips文件从旧版本复制回来，由于串口程序不是我写的，所以我选择后者，从同事的电脑上把旧版本的mips相关文件复制了回来，为了保证以后再出现类似问题，我将这个文件上传到云盘。
