解决方法一：清空缓存

　　File->Invalidate Caches/Restart->Invalidate.

解决方法二：添加tomcat

选择File->Project Structure...->
Modules -> Dependencies -> "+" -> Library 或 Module Dependency.. 会出現Tomcat 就添加进去 -> apply

如果还是出现红色报错 那么返回方法一，重启就行了。
