1：windows -preferences- Contenttypes-text-展开-properties File 选中下面的*.properties(locaked) 将下面的Default Encoding：设置为UTF-8 点 UPDATE按钮，再点保存设置Apply and Close

2：windows -preferences- PropertiesEditor，右侧变换选项 勾选第一行 unicode conversion is not carried out at the time of preservation（中文是：全部不单一码变换，汉化的是不是有点low）

百度翻译的还有点靠谱：保存时未执行Unicode转换

2. 再把下面的Transparent native-to-ascii conversion打上勾
在proeperties文件中写入汉字
再把
Transparent native-to-ascii conversion的勾去掉,
