1.准备阶段:首先需要ffmpeg.exe和mencoder.exe,java需要调用这两个文件来进行转码。
drv43260.dll,pncrt.dll,pthreadGC2.dll 为动态链接库 必须有 ,否则 rm格式 文件利用mencoder转换avi时会报如下错误
