So regarding refund, per checking on our guidelines, we can process a full refund but we need to cancel your account immediately, that means you can no longer access Netflix unless you restart your membership and you will get charge. Also, this refund may take up to 30 business days at maximum ( not including weekends and holidays ) to receive it back. Should we proceed now?
