[Eclipse] - Unicode properties editor

在properpties文件中使用中文，需要将文件转成unicode。

eclipse安装插件：PropertiesEditor

下载地址：

http://propedit.sourceforge.jp/index_en.html

也可以使用eclipse中的：help -> Install New Software

Work with地址：http://propedit.sourceforge.jp/eclipse/updates/

选择安装propertiesEditor最新版本。

重启eclipse即可。

之后eclipse会把properties文件自动保存为unicode.
