1.以dba管理员登录
sqlplus / as sysdba
2.查看密码策略

3.登录PL/SQL,以sysdba方式登录,密码输入默认密码 change_on_install
4.执行两个Funtion

5.设置密码策略
SQL> alter system set resource_limit = true;
SQL> alter profile default limit password_verify_function verify_function;
6.查看密码策略是否设置成功
