有三种方式进行安装：
1、到https://pypi.python.org/packages/找到合适的可执行文件，下载进行安装。
2、如果系统装有PowerShell3或更高版本，可以通过以下命令进行安装：
> (Invoke-WebRequest https://bootstrap.pypa.io/ez_setup.py).Content | python -
注意：需用管理员身份运行PowerShell。
3、通过python来运行一个安装文件。
1）、将https://bootstrap.pypa.io/ez_setup.py的内容复制到一个文本文档，然后重命名为ez_setupy.py。
2）、运行命令：C:\python27\python ez_setup.py install。
看到这样的结果，说明安装完毕：
测试，如果看到下面内容，说明安装成功了。
