1：cmd进入命令行模式

   cd C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\VMware\CIS\vmdird

2: 执行vdcadmintool.exe

3：在弹出的如下选单里，选择3：& q, L% O4 Q5 K7 \6 d  F

4. 0. exit
   

5. 1. Test LDAP connectivity
   

6. 2. Force start replication cycle
   

7. 3. Reset account password
   

8. 4. Set log level and mask& ~# X  l2 a$ K- @9 E& @9 L‘ n
   

9. 5. Set vmdir state

10.  

4：系统会弹出Account DN，输入下列信息：

1. cn=Administrator,cn=users,dc=vSphere,dc=local

5：此时，系统会生成新的administrator@vsphere.local的密码，然后用这个账号登录即可；
