解决方案：
1. 检查windows ——preferences ——java ——editor —— content assist - advanced，在右上方有一行“select the proposal kinds contained in the ‘default‘ content assist list” 下面，勾选Java Prolosals 复选框
2. 检查 alt+/的key是否是content assist
做完以后记得重启Eclipse
