1、开机启动登录进入Linux命令行，然后点击
Vmware菜单栏上 VM -> Install VMware Tools
这个时候相当于VMtools的光盘就已经插入linux系统了,接下来要挂载光盘
2、挂载光盘
cd /mnt
mkdir cdrom
mount /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom
cd /mnt/cdrom
有两个文件，一个是rpm,一个事tar.gz,你可以选择你喜欢的,我用rpm包
3、安装
rpm -ivh VM*********.rpm
或者用压缩包文件安装
cp VMwareTools-5.5.1-19175.tar.gz /tmp
cd /tmp
tar zxpf VMwareTools-5.5.1-19175.tar.gz
cd vmware-tools-distrib
[root@centos vmware-tools-distrib]# ./vmware-install.pl

# 安装过程的画面，全部使用默认值，一直按 Enter 就对了

# 修改完成之后，重新启动计算机，让 VMware Tools 生效

设置共享就是在VM里设置了，VM→Setting→Options→SharedFolders→Add→选定要共享的文件夹并给这个文件夹命名→OK，vmware会把这个文件夹自动mount到/mnt/hgfs目录下，OK了！
