1. download .repo file

http://mirrors.163.com/.help/CentOS6-Base-163.repo

2. use winscp enter path /etc/yum.repo.d/

3. rename CentOS-Base.repo to any other name like CentOS-Base.repo.orig

send CentOS6-Base-163.repo to this path and rename it to CentOS-Base.repo

4. putty login centos and run instruction

yum makecache

change centos 6.x 163 source throught windows
