多线程下载

实现这个功能需要用到一个类RandomAccessFile,它既不是继承于InputStream也不继承于OutputStream,
直接继承于Object类,它能够实现在文件里面前后移动,在文件里面移动用seek(),可以用在在文件里面插入数据
或者是覆盖某个数据,跳过多少字节用skipBytes(),这个可以用来实现多线程下载。
将所有的download操作写在一个类里面,先根据文件的url去用HttoUrlConnection去获取文件的大小,然后根据存储路径
和大小用RandomAccessFile去初始化一个文件(用于存储文件),然后根据设置的线程的数目去分配每一条线程应该下载多
大的文件,第一个从零字节开始,第二个跳出第一条线程下载的文件字节大小,从每条线程应下载的文件大小那里开始,以此类推,

下面是一个小例子。
