解决方法：

1、 sqlnet.ora file on the server machine: 
from: 
SQLNET.ALLOWED_LOGON_VERSION=10 

to: 
SQLNET.ALLOWED_LOGON_VERSION=8 

2、在使用oracle Thin连接时，用户名要写成“C##user”
