C/C++ 十六进制char*与Binary char*相互转换

1. 十六进制char* 转 Binary char*

例如:“fedcba9876543210”
转换为:char bin[8] ={0xfe,0xdc,0xba,0x98,0x76,0x54,0x32,0x10}形式。
