解决方法：
1、右击windows Azure Command Prompty，选择以管理员方式运行。
2、在打开的cmd命令窗口，输入：DSInit /sqlInstance:.
如图所示，即表示成功。
否则，需要安装SQL Express 版本，然后运行第二步。
