LeetCode 17 Letter Combinations of a Phone Number（电话号码的字母组合）

给定一个数字字符串，返回所有这些数字可以表示的字母组合。

Given a digit string, return all possible letter combinations that the number could represent.

A mapping of digit to letters (just like on the telephone buttons) is given below.

Input:Digit string "23"
Output: ["ad", "ae", "af", "bd", "be", "bf", "cd", "ce", "cf"].

Note:
Although the above answer is in lexicographical order, your answer could be in any order you want.

看样子我还是用C#顺手点，一气呵成……主要是用递归，因为不知道$digits$的长度到底是多少，不可能写无数个$foreach$去判断。
