First,My goal of Nov is clear and definite:to learn Java and DB(oracle and MySQL) and JDBC.

How to learn is the most important thing.I must establish a perfect knowadge structure.and after this I must do enough exercise.I can use the rest of time to read some books like <Thinking in java> or <Effective Java>.maybe I can learn math as a treat.

as for my daily life, I should develop good habits:eat more vegetables and fruit,do more exercise.
