在将 VS2008 的工程迁移到 VS2010 时，出现下述错误：

这个 VS2008 的工程，原来是从 VC6 的工程迁移过来的。所以其中还保留着 VC6 的工程。
抱着试一试的想法，直接从 VC6 迁移工程到 VS2010，竟然成功了。
VS2008 的工程迁移失败的原因还未找到，大家哪位遇到过？
使用 CSpreadSheet 的问题
