这个类主要是创建了底部评论功能的布局(依靠强大的父类BaseTabNavFragment,只要重写setupItemView(),onSetupTabs()和addTab()即可), 使用RxBus注册了一系列的评论相关是事件接受者, 点击评论按钮时将评论内容封装成对象使用RxBus发送出去.
这个类精彩的地方是一连串的RxBus的使用. 从这里看出来RxJava真心的强大和好用.
