Dell服务器iDRAC卡出现问题，从浏览器访问时出现：

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

美国同事建议需要做一次 a cold power cycle。我开始以为a cold power cycle，就是将服务器power off。其实他所说的“一次完整的cycle”很复杂：

1. 远程关闭服务器

2. 将服务器的两个电源线拨出

3. 等待一分钟

  3.1按住服务器电源开关长达30秒（或多于30秒）以使电源余电用尽

4. 将电源线插回，然后按服务器电源开关启动服务器

如果iDRAC还是不能工作，建议将3和4重复多做几遍。
