ORA-27300,ORA-27301,ORA-27302

环境：AIX    11.2.0.3 RAC 

现象：节点1操作系统无法连接，节点2显示RAC服务状态正常，15分钟后恢复连接

DB日志

ORA-27300: OS system dependent operation:fork failed with status: 12

ORA-27301: OS failure message: Not enough space

ORA-27302: failure occurred at: skgpspawn3

OS日志

检查发现OS的 max_client%=90和max_perm%=90 ，设置过高，在大量连接的情况下发生内存不足，导致系统无响应

建议max_client%和max_perm%设定为15%即可

注：该参数主要是限制了aix filesysemcache 使用（或者说直接占用）os 物理内存的比例
