　　想知道“黑客”是怎么吃饭的吗?最近，南京秦淮警方抓获的一名“黑客”嫌疑人来告诉你。他在某餐馆办理一张储值卡后，便利用“黑客”技术侵入该餐馆系统，修改储值金额数据，将储值卡变成了一张“永久饭票”。而据该“黑客”交代，他这么做仅仅是为了省点伙食费。

　　餐馆盘账时发现“永久饭票”

　　今年6月的一天，洪武路派出所接到辖区一家餐馆报警，称他们发现有一张储值卡会自动充值。

　　餐馆张老板告诉民警，他在盘账时发现，电脑系统显示，有一张储值卡在餐馆消费了580元，但实际上仅充值了200元。“因为每笔充值除了在电脑记录中修改外，我还让员工手抄了一份，这才发现。”张老板说，一开始他还以为是系统出了故障，给这个会员多充了钱。但当他想联系这个会员时却发现，该卡居然没有登记姓名和手机号。经过询问系统维护公司，他们表示可能数据遭人篡改。“那这张储值卡不就成了‘永久饭票’了?我一分钱都收不到。”张老板很是沮丧。

　　民警蹲守4天抓到“饭票”主人

　　这张卡究竟是谁在用?民警注意到，这张卡的使用频率还比较高，应该是餐馆的常客。于是，民警便在餐馆附近守株待兔，等待卡主人再次出现。

　　蹲守到第4天，卡主人出现了。就在他再次使用涉案储值卡时，被民警当场抓获。让民警和张老板均感到意外的是，这张储值卡和餐馆正常使用的不一样，只是一张白板卡，上面连编号都没有。经过读取卡上数据，民警发现，卡里的余额又有了变化，从原来的38元变成了180元。但张老板确认，此人并未在餐馆充值。

　　为省伙食费，侵入餐馆系统

　　经过身份核实，嫌疑人姓刘，是个电脑高手，曾因破坏信息系统罪被法院判处有期徒刑一年。

　　见身份被民警识破，刘某交代了自己的作案经过。原来，刘某是个“程序猿”，从事IT行业，对于破解入侵他人的数据库非常在行。刘某交代，自己平日里入侵他人数据库，只是单纯觉得好玩，一方面可以显示自己技术高超，神不知鬼不觉盗取信息，另一方面也是为了建立自己的独有数据库做研究。

　　然而，当刘某发现很多餐馆使用储值卡后便觉得有机可乘。“我就想省点伙食费。”刘某说，为此他就入侵了餐馆的数据库，将充值金额修改掉。不过，光修改数据库还不行，储值卡上同样要修改。于是刘某又从网上买了空白的卡和读卡器进行操作。

　　目前，根据相关法律规定，刘某因伪造、变造有价证券、凭证，被秦淮警方依法行政拘留。
