先说下背景。刚进入的新公司，新公司的exchange之前是用的2007，在我入职前已经被升级到2010，并且2007已经被宕机1个月了。上周老大突然说要增加服务器，想把2007这台利用上，让我把2007卸载掉。
其实，心里还是挺紧张的。因为刚过来，对公司环境不熟悉，之前也没做过exchange的升级，卸载。然后就是各种度娘，Google。废话不多说，下面给大家说下具体流程。
首先，删掉07这台服务器必须先卸载2007，再将服务器退域。
卸载07，微软有官方指导，

但是都是傻瓜式的简单下一步，出现异常了也没有个说明。
一开始，我也没按这个准备前的工作进行，因为前任已经把07升级到10.并宕机一个月之久没出现问题。所以我就直接按照卸载07的操作进行，

结果在准备情况检查的时候提示如下，

第一个错误，说是因为下列邮箱数据库与公用文件夹数据库有关联。
这好办，在EMC中，Server Configuration下remove掉所有的database。这个时候问题出现了。
所有的Mail database都可以正常remove掉，唯有Public folder database无法删除，提示如下：
The public folder database Database_Name cannot be deleted.
Error:
The public folder database specified contains folder replicas. Before deleting the public folder database, remove the folders or move the replicas to another public folder database

需要将副本转移到2010上，但是我现在的生产环境是2010已经新建了database，鬼知道转移过去后会不会对现在的使用造成影响。这时候我就想有没有办法能强制删除。最后找到了这个方法，供大家参考。
运行adsiedit.msc,依次展开Configuration, Services, Microsoft Exchange, First Organization, Administrative Groups, Exchange Administrative Group, Servers,Servername, Information Store, First Storage Group（这个是系统默认的名字，这里需要找到你实际环境的Public folder database），在右侧窗口，删除你看到的Public Folder Database .
做完以上操作后，就可以到EMC里尽情删除了。
第二个错误，传输服务器有4个发送连接器，这个大概是因为在07和10共存的时候设置，以下操作进行修改。Organization Configuration下的Hub transport修改Send connectors，选中对应的connectors的属性，在source server下 remove掉当前server。
再回到控制面板，remove exchange 07，一切检查通过，卸载成功。
在把Server退域，之后就可以放心使用了。
