12. Integer to Roman
Given an integer, convert it to a roman numeral.
Input is guaranteed to be within the range from 1 to 3999.
题目大意：
将一个给定的阿拉伯数字转换成罗马数字。
思路：
这题看到的时候，想的太多。
其实很简单，将千位，百位，十位，个位都表示出来，然后组合即可。

有时候题目没有那么难，不要自己搞的很复杂。问题简单化。简单化。。。
